Taanvi has been the bedrock of the design leadership team. In the last quarter, she has been the spearhead for several different initiatives that have been getting the team closer to customers. She's also been consistently proving her worth as a people manager by setting the right user centric culture for her team members and enabling the more senior folks like Jeroen to really shine. All in all, she is the most mature design leader when it comes to product and UX strategy.
